Developing ‘Facilitators of Transformation’ builds the key internal capacity for (usually) a dedicated group of passionate leaders to become alchemists for organisational transformation. They are capacitated with deep understanding of transformational principles at the personal, team and organisational levels. And, will have the skills to lead interventions, workshops and guide change initiatives with confidence and effectiveness. Our ‘Change Champion’ (culture ambassador) program builds the mindsets and skills for individuals distributed across the organisation to become catalysts and role models for change as a supplementary energy to the more formal faciltiated and systemic interventions. They are leaders (formal and informal) who are dedicated to showing up as the future culture in their day to day activities. A source of inspiration and a pathway that others will emulate.
