The Leadership Circle 360 and Culture Circle

The most powerful 360 Leadership diagnostic in use globally today is the Leadership Circle 360.  It is a breakthrough in that it is the first profile to link directly a well researched battery of core competencies essential for leadership in the 21st century with underlying and motivating habits of thought and mindsets.  It is focused on supporting leaders to move their consciousness and thus their actions and behaviour from the egoic/reactive to creative and beyond to integral.

The Leadership Circle goes to the source of the behaviour, the root cause if you will, in order to get an impactful handle on what needs to change and how this can be achieved from its source.

Science of Happiness@Work Survey

Research shows that happiness at work is evenly distributed across the bell curve, and the extent to which people are happy impacts:

        • Days sick leave taken
        • Months planning to stay on the job
        • % of time spent ‘on task’
        • % of time feeling energized

All of which are directly correlated. So creating a happier workforce translates directly to the bottom line by lowering cost of employment and increasing productivity. The tool “Science of Happiness at Work” provides a quantitative approach to understanding the specifics which create happiness or not. It depicts the health of the psychological capital within an organization.

PMAI and OTCI Archetypes Indicators

The PMAI® (Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator®) is the world’s first scientifically validated archetype assessment tool, and it opens a window into the patterns of our unconscious stories and provides a path to self-understanding. Once we are aware of the archetypes that are active in our lives, we can decide how and when to use them, and which ones may need nurturing or further development.

Connected to the work of Joesph Campbell ‘The Hero’s Journey’ The PMAI and the OTCI both enable a deeper inquiry into the unconscious drivers of behaviours and insight into how they express from both their positive and their shadow side.  It enables us to understand which are over-expressing, which are under-expressing, which are absent.  These insights provide guidance as to where shifts in emphasis are needed in order to bring balance into the system and ensure the attributes of all archetypes are able to be appropriately expressed.
